We partnered with recruitment specialist, Major Players, to conduct a Freelance Survey and Freelance Market report, unlocking key insights into the freelance working life.
Major Players wanted to be positioned as leaders in the creative freelance market ahead of the launch of its freelance VIP community, Major Collective, which aims to connect employers with freelancers and address some of the issues faced by freelancers, such as the lack of support they receive from employers and freelancers.
We created a survey inviting freelancers, permanent employees and employers who hire freelancers to have a say on key freelance issues, for a chance to win £150 Amazon voucher and receive a free copy of the Freelance Market Report.
We analysed the findings and identified key themes to form the basis of a white paper report, which revealed that freelancers need more support.
We marketed both the survey and the report through articles on Campaignlive and the Campaign Jobs email and social media channels.
The findings were also used to inform Major Players’ new freelance community service, Major Collective.
