We worked with the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) to build their employer brand, position the organisation as a great place to work and encourage people to apply for a HR role at the company.
We conducted an interview with the DBS’ chief people officer to offer insider insight into what it’s like to work there and what kind of people they’re looking for. We also partnered with the DBS on a sponsored webinar – an employer branding masterclass where the DBS speaker discussed how to identify opportunities to develop employer branding and how to overcome barriers.
We promoted the content through the People Management Jobs and PM Insight websites, and their email and social media channels.
