UEFA was recruiting for a specific pivotal role within the business – a Head of Corporate Communications. The role was based in Switzerland so they needed to attract local talent or talent from the UK willing to work in Switzerland. We worked with them to create content that provides an insight into what the role entails and attracts the right talent matched to UEFA’s culture.
Telling UEFA’s story
In addition to a job posting, we worked with the HR Manager and the Hiring Manager to tell UEFA’s story and encourage the right people to apply.
Our careers content editor interviewed Pedro Pinto, Chief of Communications and Media at UEFA, to capture his insider insight about the position. The article also communicated effectively what it is like to work at UEFA and more specifically, the communications team. We also created a ‘top tips’ article from Pinto, offering applicants key advice for those applying for roles at UEFA.
The content pieces were cross promoted on various platforms across the Campaign/PRWeek Jobs group and included a call to action linking to the job posting. We marketed the campaign though our email and social media channels.
